So it begins… A blind search through a never-ending desert, with nothing to guide us but hearsay, legend, and hallucinations from dubious sources. The worst part about all of this is that this seems to be becoming just a normal occurrence for our group.

We interviewed the map maker and an individual who has stated he made the trip before but WILL NOT go again.

Now the details of what happened in the camp are a little hazy… I may have had been intoxicated but apparently I… maybe the best word would be reverted? I don’t remember but everyone tells me I was found naked and curled up like a domesticated cat. Of course that is when we were attacked. I guess we are on the right track… man this whole shard bearer, carrier of Solus essence on this plane, looks like its going to be a lot of work. I just need to wash the taste from my mouth… I think I feel a hairball coming on.

Perhaps it is the desert that causes mental issues. In this sad town, we’ve seen some guy who wears underwear as a hat, the studious librarian turned to the dark side, and now Koios running around without any clothes.

Good thing we have found a clue to where the tomb is and will be heading out tomorrow. If we stayed here any longer, we may lose the whole party to insanity.

Oh that was so much fun! This was the first time I’ve been tipsy in hundreds of years. When you’re dead you forget how everything feels! So soft. So rough. So much. I havent felt this good since coven con 83 when we parted with Lucinda the Red for 8 days straight. Its too bad those demon boys showed up. They almost ruined my buzz. I could have gone on another 8 day bender, but Mr. No Fun Stuffypants would never allow that. Now it’s back to sobriety for another couple of centuries.

    Oh my head.

The Desert is hot and so is the town. I feel like I’m beginning to wake up from a dream. I think the sword is making me like this. I feel its hunger, but the Great Spirit has called me to this path. I will have to overcome its hunger and make It work for the better of us all. I will learn this story, though it pains me to feel the thirst for violence..help me to overcome it, Great Spirit!

That map maker is up to something. Not going out after seemingly begging for it. Whose side is he on? I’m afraid that he’s just a front for someone else who could pay us a visit out at the tomb.

I have the most powerful crossbow!

Mortivara has yet to reveal to me the truth of what happened. I’m lost in thought as to how Noxis fits in to this. Something is amiss with the pantheon and we are players in the games of the Gods. Now we roam this oasis with promises of treasure and answers. I’m curious as to the end game, the Gods’ end game, I already am all to familiar with the end game of mortals.
