Koios missing. Left things in his room he wouldn’t leave. Window open with remnants of cold magic like from bad ritual. Shards gone too. This not good. Tried to follow by feeling going around city. No sign. Will pray to spirits for guidance.
Met Sister Halveen to talk about problems in city before big party meeting thing. She seemed positive Solis Will be done somehow…magically? Me not sure why she thinks it works that way. Spirits guide us here for reason. Maybe she give up?
Have conversation with many people at meeting. Talk with Tharo guy about tactics and merchant stuff. Talk with Lady Elira about fashion. She interested in what my people wear. Talk more about crops and wine too. Friends talk with many others..not sure we find out much…until we notice Lady Colara missing. We follow trail and find her at window captured by 3 ice cultists. They threaten to kill Lady. We must stop.

I wonder where Koios went off to. He always had some weird dealings here and there, I hope the shard is well.
The social gathering was very boring. I wonder how my sister put up with this stuffiness all the time. I was tempted to quietly levitate a couple people just so they would stop talking non sense, but I resisted the temptation.
Unfortunately, we then noticed our patron was missing. We looked for her and found her limp in the arms of 3 cultists. OH no, our reputation. I guess we must save her.

Oh my stars will Xander ever shut up? Yes dear, we understand. You hate lizard men. That doesn’t make you part of the elite. It makes you a misanthropic bigot. I really must find a way to assert more control over this body. Or at least minimize the amount of time he spends controlling it. I thought I would be stuck hearing his narcissistic blather even if I was in control, but he apparently can’t hear me screaming “shut up” all the time. Now we got to go to a party and he didn’t let me out to play. He doesn’t even like parties and it’s his lack of social awareness that left Lady Colara unattended and in danger. I swear this nitwit is going to get me killed. Again.

This party is fun! I love all of the political machinations. It’s like an escape room of backstabbing and half truths that we need to puzzle through. How exhilarating! None of this however has yielded any information as to who is behind the ritual, or what the ritual results might be.
I suspect there might not be any more to the priestess of Solis as I had hoped. She seems to be even less than a political figurehead. Ah well, she makes for good conversation.
